how do I do a hard reset without losing all my stuff from itunes

Hey I need to know how to do a hard reset on my phone. without losing all mt iTunes stuff. also another question is why do I keep all these stupid error messages, saying this device is already associated with another apple id and cant be used with another apple id for 80 days, and last question I have a lot!!!!!!!! of stuff on this apple id, but its all on the downstairs pc, and ive tried re installing it bc it says this iPhone can not be synced, bc this is not the latest verison of iTunes, and I want all of that on my new laptop, but everytime I go to do all that stuff, the SPOS!!! pc downstairs is so retarded it  srsly it is! bc every single time I try to use it or even wrk on it! it JST FREEZES on me, every time and it JST REALLY IRRITATES ME, AND I AINT GOTS THE PAIENTS? FOR IT!   PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
