how do I view my folder for ringtones?

I need to add a ringtone that I created for my phone but all I see when I open a folder for my phone, on my computer is for pictures. So how do I open the folder on my iphone 5s for ringtones? Why can I not view the music folder?

Your ringtone folder is in iTunes on your computer (tones). Once you've correctly created a ringtone it will show up under Tones.
