I was messing around with my settings and came across the SIM pin? and clicked on it and now my phone says its locked SIM.. im not sure what to do or how I can get it working again. please help as soon as possible!

Log into your on-line My Verizon account, then navigate to My Devices > Device Overview. On the right-hand side under About My Device, click on My PIN and unblocking key (PUK).
