You can t recover text unless you backed up your phone through iTunes

/ iCloud.

Thank you for joining our community! Did you have Apple's iCloud/iTunes service prior to the text messages being deleted? If so, you can run those and restore the messages. If not, unfortunately the messages cannot be retrieved. Keep me posted!
