Solved! Go to Correct Answer
Since you don't have an iPhone, you may not know the process:
iPhones have 2 activations, one with the carrier and the second with iTunes and iCloud. None of the OPs personal iTunes information, apps or music is on the phone until she activates with iTunes with her Apple ID. At this time she would be prompted to "activate by setting up as new with backup..." This restores her last iCloud backup to her phone as part of the activation process. (Itunes activation, not carrier)
WWhen you activate your new phone with iTunes, you add your iCloud/Apple id on the phone.
you will be asked to "activate as a new phone with iCloud backup", which you want to say yes.
it will restore all your information on the new phone.
The OP's iPhone has already been activated, and her contacts have been transferred. She is asking how to transfer the other content to the new iPhone. Photos, music, whatever it is that iCloud backs up. I'm not an iPh user so I don't know details, but I did understand the OP's question.
