how to Copy/paste from iPhone 6s?

I used to be able to press content of one message to copy and then in a new message window, press to paste.  I am not able to do this with my new 6s.

Is there another way to do this?

But why does this no longer work in txt messages?  U used to be able to do this in txt messages but it does not work on 6s.
