i can't download pictures to my pc

my phone keeps asking me if I trust the computer I type in yes and it still won't connect ! I'm trying to download pictures

Being able to store your pictures outside of the device is something I always do too. I want to ensure that my memories are kept safe and secure. Is it safe to assume based on where the thread was posted that you have an iPhone 4? If yes, is your computer recognizing that the device is plugged in? What software version do you have on your device? Please share some additional details so we can assist further.
