i purchased a song for my ringback tone and it is starred as my ringback but when people call they get the standard ringback

I purchased a ringback tone and it is starred as my default but when people call they get the standard Verizon ringback.

KEVHOR81, Help is here! Let's get the Classical Ringback default tone removed for you. The steps provided below will help you to pick a tone you'd like callers to hear instead of the default classical music.

1.Open the Verizon Tones app.

2.Tap Manage Ringback Tones.

3.Tap My Ringback Tones.

4.Tap the Ringback Tone you want to set as your default.

5.Select Set as Default.
