I noticed the last couple days that I'm experiencing intermittent freezes. Touch screen doesn't work, turning off the phone doesn't work, and then it just happens to work again. Since this is my only form of communication for personal use, work use and personal business use, I need the phone to work. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Didn't know whether I need to replace the phone with a new i5 (which by the way just got in April of last year) or its Verizon service.
