***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. iMessages not going through

If I am sitting in my office, a majority of iMessages are unable to be delivered, and I have to send them as text messages. I don't quite understand why this problem is happening; when I had my iPhone 4 (until about 3 weeks ago), I never experienced this problem. It's now become an every day occurrence with my new iPhone 5S. I'd appreciate any assistance.

Here to help get your iMessages back running again! This feature will require a reliable data connection. With that being said, is your device connected to Wi-Fi in your office when attempting to send these messages? Have you tried to reboot your phone and try again? Are you having an error sending them to one particular user only or multiple?
