We purchased an iPhone 11 Pro for our daughter the day before she left for Italy for a year. We were told the phone was unlocked so she purchase a SIM card there. Turns out it is locked for a month.
I found out today that the phone has an eSIM card that can be used oversees. Is anyone familiar with how this works?
