I have two iPhone 12 Pro Max dropping Verizon Network Services randomly!!!

It did happen numerous times a day when I am outside of Home and while travelling also!!! Very very disappointing...both of my Phones exhibits same problem.

It started on Day 2 when we went to shopping 10km way, all the sudden No network Service shown in both Phones!!! Power off and on or switch Airplane mode off/on temporary fix the problem.
I appreciate you taking the time that you have to troubleshoot. I see that you mentioned that we were sending new SIM cards. Have you had the opportunity to receive these yet?
