I want to use my 4S as a bluetooth or tethered modem for Internet access. How do I do that?
You have to add mobile hotspot unless you have the new everything plan it's included. It's $20 for 2gigs but if you have the reg tiered plan you combined data with your reg data do you can use more then the 2 gigs. You can give acess to a laptop tablet like the iPad with wifi etc.
