I recently completed my contract with Verizon, I would like to have my iPhone 4s unlocked to be used on a different carrier. Thank you.
Verizon will only unlock the 4S to be used on international carriers, not domestic ones, even if you are out of contract. Sorry.
I also have 4S that I need to unlock. It's out of contract and not been used. I would like to give it to my sister (T-mobile). I called the customer service to have it unlock it: they acted like I was asking something "never heard off." Then I stopped by their service center: They said don't know anything about it and told me to call the customer service. Basically, Verizon is not flexible carrier and not willing to work with its customers.
