Is any information available on iPhone4s pricing, once the iPhone5 comes out? I'm long overdue for an upgrade and have been considering the 4s. Hoping for a price drop once the 5 come on the market. Or am I just dreaming?

I would guess the maximum the price on the 4s would drop @ verizon.com would be $50 per model.  That would only be after the initial rush and after iPhone 5 stock levels are stable (maybe months down the road).

After the iPhone 5 is released, you might consider buying a used 4s from another user that is upgrading.  There should be alot available.
