I am a US Verizon customer traveling in Mexico. I'm trying to add global services (data) via the Verizon website only to be told that my device is ineligible. Of course, I can't access live chat for some reason. My account is paid in full. Does anyone know why this is the case or have any advice? Thank you.

Of course, it would be cheaper to simply get a SIM card from a local provider in Mexico. Make sure you keep your original SIM card to replace it in the phone when you return to the US.

Should have been done prior to leaving. But you can try calling global services and maybe they can add it.
