iPhone 5 price when 5s becomes available

When the iPhone 5 was released the iPhone 4 was available for free if you we're eligible for an upgrade. Will the iPhone 5 be free when the 5s becomes available? It's currently priced at $99 which is the same cost as the 5c.

Same price as Iphone 5c, most likely going to stay that way, the Iphone 5 used to cost 199$, it already experienced a 100$ price drop.

iPhone 4s 16gb came out: $199, iphone 4 changed to 8gb, price reduced to $99

iPhone 5 16gb came out: $199, iphone 4s 16gb price reduced to $99, iphone 4 8gb price reduced to $0

iPhone 5s 16gb coming out: $199, iphone 5 (and 5c) 16gb price reduced to $99, iphone 4s changed to 8gb, price reduced to $0
