iPhone 5 unlocked

Hello. I'm a tourist from Ukraine, and iPhones are not sold there. I'm currently in USA and I want to buy iPhone 5.

Is there any possibility of signing a 2-year contract, buying locked iPhone 5, paying for one month of service, and canceling service(with paying cancelation fee) and unlocking that phone? If it is possible, how much would that end up to?

I really need a qualified answer. It is really important to me.

You could just purchase it outright and pay full retail.

I don't think Vzw nor apple has an iPhone 5 unlocked as of yet

I called apple online support, and they told me, that they do not sell normal unlocked phones.

Verizon's is unlocked though by I'm sure you have to activate it on a Verizon account.
