Phone vibrates but does not ring

How long has this been going on? Has there been any damage to the phone?

There can be various settings and causes for no audio. Here are a few settings to check:

Go into settings>Do Not Disturb and make sure Manual is turned to the off position and Silence is not set to always.

1. Go to...Settings->General->Accessibility->AssistiveTouch
2. Turn ON AssistiveTouch - an icon will appear on the screen
3. Touch the icon
4. Touch Device
5. Touch Unmute
6. Touch your way out of AssisitveTouch
7. Turn OFF AssistiveTouch - optional
8. Enjoy the Sounds
