having a persistent issue with my call waiting feature- I can hear the call waiting tone while I am on another call, but there is no number on the screen or an option to accept or decline and then the missed call does not show up on my missed calls. Verizon tried to removed the call waiting feature and put it back and reset my network settings and nothing has worked. I'm frustrated and missing calls!!!!
