iPhone 5s usage in Europe

I want to buy an iPhone 5s from you but I'm then moving to Portugal.

My question is, can I fully use my iPhone there? Will I have problems with 4G LTE, ie, will it work there?

Is the phone locked? If so, how can I unlock it?

Does Portugal use CDMA? If not I'd get a GSM model. But of you purchase full retail they're unlocked.
