$540 via promo credit when you add a new smartphone line with your own 4G/5G smartphone on postpaid Unlimited Plus plan between 5/18/23 - 5/31/23 & port-in req'd. Promo credit applied over 36 months; promo credits end if eligibility requirements are no longer met.
My husband and daughters phones are working fine (same account) so I doubt it's a carrier issue. I cannot make or receive ANY calls although voicemails do come thru about 30mins after they're left.
Steps I've already taken:
1. Simple reboot (several times)
2. Switched Airplane Mode On then off (suggested on other forum)
3. Reset Network Settings
4. Made sure both carrier and phone software was up to date.
5. Dialed *#31# (suggested on other forum)
6. LTE to Data Only
What else can I try? Resetting the entire phone is my last resort so any other suggestions are welcomed. Thank you in advance. I have medical issues and not being able to contact or be contacted by my doctors is a major issue. I do not have an Apple Store anywhere remotely close by and our local Verizon store isn't licensed to fix iPhones so those aren't options available to me.

Zip is 82718. I am able to access internet and send/receive text/iMessages.
