iPhone 6 Trade-in Complaint

upon receiving an appraisal of $200 for trade-in of my iPhone 4 with promotion, ordered and received my IPhone 6, returned my iPhone 4 with the provided package, and today received a gift card for $36. Looks like I will be spending a chunk of my holiday today reporting this scam to the various state and federal agencies on consumer affairs with a copy to Mr. McAdam's office.

wished you could have read all the horror stories on here first, my sister got $36 for her 5s, that she only had a few months first they said they didn't receive it, but she had a track number, then they told her she didn't get all her information off of it,  in which she did. I decided not to trade mine instead I sold mine for $350 with an AD. DO NOT SEND TO VERIZON THEY ARE SCAMMING, SEND AT YOUR OWN RISK!
