My emails wouldn't move to trash... Among other issues. Verizon sent me another phone, and again, "unable to move messages to trash"....

Anyone else have this issue, suggestions to fix?

I'm sure it's a bit disheartening to have the same issue, even after replacing your phone. Let's see what else might be causing this. What email provider are you using? Is it a personal email or a corporate email? When did you first notice this issue? Please provide a few more details, and we can work toward a better understanding of this issue.
