iPhone 6 plus poor signal 0-1 bars

I recently had an iphone 5 which always had full bars in same areas. Co-worker has iphone 4 which has full bars but my new iphone 6 plus has 0-1 bars in same area.

Do you have Advanced Calling activated? If so, try turning it off to see if that helps. Some areas aren't getting great AC service and seems to be causing issues for some.

Somehow it was on, I have turned it off to no change in bars/signal.
