The problem with My iPhone 6 plus phone is can't hear when on a incoming call or when I make a call.I  have to be on speaker to hear on my phone

You have an awesome device!  I am sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing. When did this issue begin? Is there any case or screen protector that might be interfering with the sound? Is there any physical or liquid damage on the device? Have you tried restarting the phone or checked if the phone is not on mute? It is imperative we get these questions answered to get to the root cause and further assist. Please keep us posted.
