I just got my iPhone 7 plus and i have notice that it is making a hissing sound. its really annoying that we are paying a lot of money for a phone that is making a hissing sound. how long is it going to take to get it replaced?
It's concerning to hear that you are having this sort of issue with your device. With the hissing sound, is it only making this sound when on a specific application or is it when ever the speaker is utilized?

the sound is not coming from the speaker its coming from the back of the phone where the apple logo is. it gets loud when i am downloading an app or watching a video even just scrolling a web page.
Someone left the snake in the Apple.
I have the same issue with both my iPhone 7 pluses. My roommate has the regular att iPhone 7 and that one doesnt make any hissing noise unlike the Verizon version.
Getting new phones should always be exciting, I'm so sorry to read that you are having some issues with your new phones. Let's get to the bottom of this right away. Where is the hissing noise coming from? Do you notice the noise happening (in a particular app, on a phone call, etc)?
