iPhone 8/8 Plus shipping speeds - on time or early?

Has anyone ordered an iPhone 8 Plus Space Gray 256GB and had the shipping date change yet?

I got my order in around 4:30am CST on Friday the 15th and the estimate in the shopping cart at the beginning was initially September 22nd for delivery, it was September 29th by the end of the process and still shows that. Anyone getting anything different?

I ordered a 8 plus 256gb gold at 2am Friday and mine says Deliver by the 22nd.

I ordered the 8 64g @ about 9am est Friday and originally it said delivered by 9/22, but now it has changed to shipped by 9/22.  Perhaps I misread the original ship/deliver date or it changed.....not sure.

Shipped/Delivered by 9/22 are essentially the same thing. It basically

means the phone will deliver to you by that day. Verizon's shipping

verbiage is very weird, but that has been my experience all along. The

shopping process usually uses the "deliver by" verbiage, while the order

email and the order status page usually uses the "Ship by" verbiage.

They have shipped (at least mine has) but it will not be delivered till Friday 9/22. Fed ex has it but when you track it it says "Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date."

We ordered on 9/18/17 & are sched for 9/29/17 delivery (plain Jane 64 gb version), any earlier will be a pleasant surprise!

I have a Space Grey 256 8 Plus and was expecting 9/29. Got word this morning I will have mine this Friday.

Got notification and tracking number that I will receive my 8 plus 256gb tomorrow.  It's a full week ahead of what they told me when I ordered it last week........

I ordered the 8plus on the 13th and I'm still waiting for shipping/tracking information.  Not getting any information, makes me wonder if I should've waited for awhile.
