I'm trying to change my iPhone SE order that I placed yesterday, it's still pending and it doesn't even show up in my "recent orders" tab either. I want to change the color of the model before they ship it out and of course VZW's customer service hours are absurd right now because we all know CX support can't sit on their couch and take phone calls.
