iPhone contacy recovery

help!!!  I accidentaly deleted all my contacts when trying to remove mobileme from my iPhone.  The Verizon Contact Transfer regularly backs up my stuff, but how do I get those contacts back.  When I went into the old backup assistant, my contacts somehow updated and there were only 3 left.

They are in the trash bin on the web page you can undelete them there

Kelmacrae, I know it can be so upsetting to lose your contacts! Did you check the trash can on Backup Assistant as soupcannon stated? Have you ever synced your contacts to your computer? Try removing VZ Contact Transfer and re-install.
