iPhone screen issue

The screen on my Iphone 4 gets really large and I have to turn the phone off to get it small again. I have stopped putting phone in my pocket but it seems I must be doing something to make it huge. It is not the print, it is EVERYTHING!

If you have 2 fingers on the screen and move them from the inner part wherever you and move them outward you zoom in if you move inword then you zoom in.

If you have 2 fingers on the screen move them outward then you zoom in. If you move inword then you zoom out.
