iPhone to an Andriod

I recently switched from an iPhone to a Razr. I can send text messages, however people who have an iphone cannot send messages to my phone. How do I change this?

Just in case my answer is faulty you can ask this at http://www.apple.com  in the community forums.

I believe you must remove the iPhone from your iTunes or Apple account. Then have one of your iPhone friends send you a text message. This should clear up the issue.

If you cleared your iPhone before you purchased the android you must also remove it from your apple profile.
