iPhone wifi/data connectivity problem

My iPhone has spontaneously stopped connecting to the internet via wifi and through cellular data. I've done a factory reset and this has not resolved the issue. Any ideas of what else I can try? (I'm in Korea and can't get to a Verizon store).

Here are some more details:

-This happened spontaneously (I did not drop my phone).

-I cannot connect to my home wifi or any other wifi network that I've previously been able to connect to.

-I cannot turn wifi off and just use my data plan to access a server.

-I've tried all the resets (turning phone on and off, reseting the network, reseting the phone to its original factory settings).

-I've been in Korea for months now and this is the first time this has happened to my phone.
