The 4G LTE Network Extender display screen shows 10/10 satellites connected, but 0/14 Devices Connected. I have zero or one bar of signal strength, and when the connection does come back to 4 bars of signal, it is short lasting and drops calls or goes back down to zero bars altogether.
I understand that the problem is that Verizon doesn't have a cell tower near my home because Hurricane Irma knocked it out a few years ago and Verizon wanted to wait for 5G (which still isn't here) to replace the tower. But since I work from home, I will need to find a new mobile carrier if I can't get the Network Extender to stay connected to my phone. Several neighbors gave up and switched to Xfinity, but I've been with Verizon for 25 years and would prefer not to switch if I can find a way to make it work.
