***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. incoming call missing from call log and usage details

I had an incoming call this morning... I remember the number came through caller ID, because I remember the area code and city showing up.  I took the call and said I'd call them back, knowing I had their number in call history.... or so I thought.

I went to call them back and the call is gone.  It's the only call missing, and it's not showing up in the online usage details, either.  Several are not appearing online, but they are on my call log.

Help?? I really need to call this person back!

I don't have an answer for why the call isn't showing in your phone's call log, but the on-line log can lag several days.
