iphone 5 email confirmation

Okay I know orders and everything are backed up but I pre-ordered my iPhone 5 on Sept 24th and I still have no received an email confirmation. I wasn't able to write down the order number but when I called 611 it says item will ship October 19th

I ordered mine in the store on Sept. 24th w/ the same ship date.  I read on another thread that those who ordered on the 21st w/ the 10/19 ship date were recieving enail confirmation of shipping by Thursday, 10/11 - I still havent receieved anthing
