iphone 5s shipping delay - multiple phones

Any updates here?  I ordered a two 16gb 5s's on 9/26, one grey and one gold.  Still nothing even though I've seen gold and grey shipping for other customers with later dates.  I have a bad feeling that Verizon isn't handling orders with multiple phones right, like they are waiting for both phones to be available at the same time rather than holding one until the second comes up in the queue, thus probably pushing multiple phone orders to the back.  I've also been told by some reps that the phones should ship separately and others that they won't.  Very frustrating.  I'll let you know if I get any good news.
