my iphone 8 says disabled connect to itunes, what do i do?

Having a disable iPhone is frustrating. I have been there myself. The only way to fix this issue is to reset the device. If you do not have a current backup, then you will lose all the information on your phone. Do you have the phone backed up? Here are the instructions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306 to reset the device. Once reset, please make sure you back up your phone so you do not lose anything in the future.
