I have a question about my son's just kids plan. His plan is attached to my account. we are the only ones on the account. Is it possible to allow another parent who's on a different plan/account to have access to the just kids content controls?

Dauber1, that's a great question. We know it's important to be familiar with your plan options. Parental controls can only be enabled when all lines are on the same account. The reason for this is that the Just Kids plan will use Verizon Smart Family Premium, and this is an account level feature. Please keep in mind that you can complete a Transfer of Service to ensure all lines are on the same Verizon Wireless account.
