Thanks for the information Kathleen67. If the device has a cracked screen there is not a way to determine if the issue is a cause from this or not. If you have insurance on the lien then we do recommend looking into getting a replacement. If there is no insurance on the line then please keep us posted so that we can review other options.

This issue happened about 6 days ago. Nothing happened to the screen recently. It was cracked about 4 months ago.
