Dropped incoming call and they called directly back, when I tried to answer screen went black and unresponsive. I hear incoming call but can not answer. Sleep/off button also unresponsive. Please help

Let's first try basic troubleshooting which is a software reset. To softreset your phone, simply power your phone off then back on. Does the screen come back on? Is there any physical or water damage to your phone?
