screen says connect to iTunes but it's not recognized there.
had this phone over a year what do I do?
p.s. iPhone support says I can take into a store but nearest one is over 70 miles away, huge hassle!

flashfry, I am sorry to hear that happened as I know what a pain that can be! Let's see if we can save you a trip to the store. sadly this particular fix wasn't effective due to "find my phone"
override... a trip to the Apple Store solved it, and was well worth the
education!
