I recently switched from droid mini to iphone5. I went to verizon and the employee told me that he transferred everything over to the new phone and then he cleared out the old phone. I got home and all my pictures were not transferred over, is there anyway that I can retrieve them since he cleared the old phone out ? Please, I have pictures that I can't lose on there.
SWEEPER13KY, getting your precious memories is a must as I understand the importance of having access to them. Help is here. First I will need a little help from you to ensure this can be done. When the Droid Mini was active, did you use any method to back up the pictures such as Google Plus, Google Drive or Verizon Wireless Cloud? If you have, you can easily gain access to them. For the Google options, simply log into your Google account with your username password (Gmail) at www.google.com at the upper right corner. You will see Gmail and Images. For Verizon Wireless Cloud, simply log into your My Verizon account. Click here for the steps. http://spr.ly/6582BQtVw

Please. The pictures are gone.
Unless you had them backed up via Google Photos (yes there is an iOS app), Verizon Cloud, Drop Box, Flickr or some other app then they are gone. I hate to say it.
