message stating that text quota has been reached with unlimited text and talk?

This only happens on one phone toward the end of the month - with unlimited text and talk I thought we would be covered, instead it shuts her off for text. Can someone tell me how I can correct this?

I do - but I also do that for two other lines - this is the only one that gets that message. I wonder if I have some type of block but if I do, I'm not sure where it is
