***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Did you reboot it?

Hold down the power/wake button on the side until you get the off switch. Turn off, wait a minute, To turn back on press and hold the same power/wake button until Apple logo comes up.

Please explain how my sons phone has used almost 2 gb in 10 days?  He has been at home and using our router what all of the other phones use as well 

Phone number removed as required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service

Every wifi router has dead or weak zones.  Phones will switch to cellular automatically in these situations without the user aware unless he or she is always watching the status area.   Watching video the 2 GB could be used up in less than an hour.
