Only one contact is unable to receive my text messages, all of a sudden.
if you tap and hold the last message sent to that person does it give you the option to "send as text message"?
if it does, try to send it as a text message and let us know if that makes a difference

I regret to see this is still happening with the one contact. Do you know if they are getting messages from other people? Are they able to send you messages? Do they happen to have Verizon service also?
This link http://vz.to/MLDgRr shows great steps that you can try on your phone just to make sure the messages are working. We want to see if this truly is a problem on our end.
