order status on iphone 7 plus

I placed an order on 11/21 for an iphone 7 plus 128gb in the regular black. At that time it said it would ship by 11/23 which is today. Now the website says not shipping till 12/5 if you try to place an order.  I called on the phone this morning and the automated system still said it is supposed to ship by 11/23. I have my doubts though. Is there any way to confirm I won't be waiting to 12/5 now for this to ship?  My order number still says processing and pre-order etc.. The order number I got is [Removed]
