My phone has a buzzing noise when in use. It does not make the buzzing sound when speaker is on. Can this be fixed?

I am sorry to hear of the troubles you are having with your device. We certainly want you to always have a good experience when you use your phone. Since it sounds like the issue is only when you use the phone on regular speaker mode, it may be an issue with the internal speaker. Is there any damage to the device? Are you still under warranty or have insurance? We would be happy to explore options so please fill us in.
