I woke up this morning to a phone that was off. It was fully charged last night and sat on my bedside table as always. The phone was off when I woke up. I plugged in thinking maybe the battery died. The phone turns on only when plugged in, but date is wednesday december 31st. Its has searching....on far left corner. The phone itself will not call out, send mess etc. All of the settings are all off.As soon as I unplug, the phone goes off.
Tancardii, I can see how it would be upsetting to wake up and suddenly not be able to use your phone! I'm hoping everything has been resolved by now, but if not, I can further assist. Please reset your phone by pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for about 10 seconds until an Apple symbol pops up. Leave the phone connected for at least 15 - 20 min. This can sometimes be caused by the phone crashing due to multiple apps running or a corrupt app. Make sure to close all running apps often. http://bit.ly/TomdWF
