As long as there is no physical or water damage you should be covered under the extended warranty.

Hello ossaxc! I can certainly address your concerns today! If your power button is not working, and there has been no physical or liquid damage to the phone, then it should be covered under the manuufacters warranty period. What type of phone do you have please? How long has the power button not been working for you? Thanks in advance!
